How long do I have to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to fit or colour, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a credit note. Items returned must be unused/unworn and in resalable condition.
If there is a fault we will send out either a replacement, credit note or a refund as you the customer will have the choice once we have recived the item to see the fault.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Please Note - In order to process your return or exchange we request that:
- Swimwear/Underwear can not be returned unless faulty.
- Personalised items may only be returned if they are not as described or faulty .
